The theme verse from Hebrews 1:3a states, “The son reflects the Glory of God and shows exactly what God is like.” The theme was further divided in four sub-themes: Fellowship, Service, Salvation and Worship. After each topic, activities were designed to further put into life the lessons of each sub-theme.
This year’s group names came from the different names of God appearing in the Bible such as: Jehovah Jireh (Lord of Provider), Jehovah Nissi (Lord is our banner), Jehovah Rapha (Lord is our Healer), Jehovah Rohi (Lord is our shepherd), Jehovah Saboath (Lord of Host), Jehovah Shalom (Lord of Peace), Jehovah Shammah (Lord who is always present), and Jehovah Tsidkenu (Lord of Righteousness).
The highlight of the event was the dramatization of what the students had learned from the retreat.
On the last day, awards were given to the winners in the different activities and events.
